We were hired to shoot promotional photos for a fantastic new restaurant. In anticipation of this new challenge, I decided to hold a training session with my interns. We had a custom menu created by our friend Ryan, a chef at Tango Marketplace on Ward.
The first course was a rack of delicious ribs with a tower of enriched rice. The last course was a unique dessert, a peanut butter poundcake smothered in vanilla sauce. It was a delicious meal and great practice for us all. Thanks, Ryan!
